1.	Solve : Windows 2000 -- (MS Explorer problem +)?
Answer» I am UNABLE to get any windows to appear for Explorer (both windows & Internet Explorer). When I do the usual START -> right CLICK --> select explorer, the screen "blanks" (turns blue) for a MOMENT, and then goes back to what it was, but no window appears. A process does seem to running in the background, if I look at the task manager. Any help would be appreciated --- thanks! P.S.
