Answer» I have a HP stream laptop model 11-y010wm that I have forgot the password to. I TRIED factory resetting it but it then displays a MESSAGE that says ADDITIONAL space is needed where windows is installed free up some space and try again. Do you have any suggestions? I followed what a YouTube video told me to do with the factory reset and it's not working. And I can't free up space because I can't log in to do so. ThanksWith laptops if the password is forgotten it needs to go to an Authorised Service Center... |
