Solve : Windows 10 mouse not moving after reinstalling?

Answer»

I have a windows 10 Inspiron 5558 and I recently just reinstalled it. My main problem is that I have recently reinstalled windows 10, and it SEEMS that every time I move my touchpad while holding a key, my touchpad does not move for about a second. What was the reason you reinstalled Windows? Also when you do a reinstall you need to reinstall all DRIVERS from the manuf. site....Hi

Dell didn't supply drivers for your Laptop RUNNING Windows 10 it used generic Windows support. The last version of Windows 10 which had support for the laptop was Build 1607. So to get everything working you would need to find a copy of Windows 10 1607 or earlier. When you install ANSWER no to updating the windows install.
Then if every works you can then install the later updates.
