What is your question?sorry anyways my cpu is at almost a constant 100% i'm just wondering what it could be since I've checked everything out in fact it's running at 100 right now as I type this. Unzip ProcessExplorer.zip, and double click on procexp.exe to run the program.
Click on View > Select Colunms.
In addition to already pre-selected options, make sure, the Command Line is selected, and press OK.
Go File>Save As, and save the report as Procexp.txt.

We can quickly eliminate the second one, but the 1st one means some problems, possibly hardware, or some infection.

Let's fix the 2ND culprit first....

To DISABLE the JQS service if you don't want to use it, go to Start > Control Panel > Java > Advanced > Miscellaneous and uncheck the box for Java Quick Starter.

Restart computer.

How is computer doing?it's doing really good now I also found another culprit real player and I uninstalled that and so far so good I also found out that windows defender KEPT scanning itself or something and I disabled that also. so now everything is working fine thanks:)Good going
