good afternoon people, can someone please help with this error msg i find when i boot my pc: error loading c:\WINDOWS\ecueci.dll.


thank uI've never seen that FILE name before, but I'm GUESSING you started getting that message shortly after installing some software. You can download & run Startup Control Panel and uncheck any app that looks like it may be related to that message. Then reboot and see what happens.
