The wi-fi is there but can't go on
Okay, Everyday My internet doesn't work.......
So I, Turn off and on my router with modem on it and my internet works.......
Now I Don't wanna repeat this process....
I've Thinking that someone is stealing my wi-fi...
I have 2 laptops and 1 computer and wi-fi connector on my wiiIs there a password for your router?

Is it fine if you connect via Ethernet CABLE?If you turn off your modemrouter, how can you access the Internet?I have a similar problem with my laptop. It either doesnt connect to my network or wont get on the net until I shutdown the firewall (ZA free). Havent found a solution other than uninstalling the firewall. So your CONNECTION problem I cant help.

However, do you have WEP/WAP or mac filtering setup on your router? If you are leaving the router completely open, then you are shooting yourself in the foot. Don't know what the wii can handle (plan to own one soon), but check the manuals about the WEP/WAP encryption and MAC filtering. The WEP/WAP will keep other ppl from jacking into your network while the MAC filtering will ONLY allow the computers you specify to access the network.There is no such THING as "WAP" and "WEP" will take as few as four minutes to crack.

please explain cause you're making it sound like WAP/WEP does not exist at all in which case WTH do I have protecting my network at home?
