Answer» i keep getting a "unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" message pop up on my mobile phone. each time i press ok & it goes away...until minutes later when it happens again...& again. I don't know what's causing it or how to fix it. My mobile is a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, which USES 4.2.2 Android. I've had this mobile 5 YEARS, so i know it's old. :/ I've noticed when I OPEN up my Google Opinion Rewards app I immediately get that message box. When I click ok it closes that box & the app! I've had that app for years & never had any problems.
