Solve : Where is the Windows FTP server?

1.	Solve : Where is the Windows FTP server?
Answer» I have Windows XP Pro with service pack 2. I can't SEEM to find the built-in FTP-server. Where is it? I KNOW there are plenty of good free ones out there, but I'd like one that STARTS up when my computer starts up. Also, if I use the built-in it won't use as much system resources I assume.
