Answer» I am on Windows XP and am using an active software application (it is on real time).
When I WANT to PRINT the screen, I use either the keyboard or the printscreen available through the software application HTE Sunguard. Either way my internet shuts down. It will just click off with no warning or error message.
I can paste to Word (2007) but must then sign back onto the internet. Obviously something is CONFLICTING but what?
Hi pwinegardner,
You are saying 'your internet shuts down' , what exactly happens? Does the internet connection shut down or does your BROWSER shut down(browser like firefox or internet explorer) ?I'm assuming this is a dial-up or some other type of internet connection that is not always on?
If you are using a 3rd PARTY application for this connection, look through the options and/or help file. The Print Screen key may be set up as a hotkey to instantly disconnect from the internet.
Who is providing your internet connection?
