Answer» Hope this is the right FORUM for my prob. My p.c. is barely a year OLD, but seems to be a bit slow lately. I'm wondering about these items : 30 BEGINNING processes 4 startups-high impact..6 medium impact SERVICES.. not sure if they need tweaking apps & history.. need tweaking ? Is there a forum here with SOLUTIONS ? Windows 8 64 bit RAM 4.00 GB Please define "a bit slow". EXACTLY what is the problem? I did some updates & other stuff ; seems ok now. What about the startups & all that? I like to keep things neat & organized. Discard the junk & all that. Where in the forums can I go for assist ? Thanks ! If the system is running okay I'd leave it alone. DO NOT tweak services - it serves on purpose on modern systems.
