Answer» Hey everyone! I got a strange Spam E-Mail message, and I think that it is that German worm GOING around... Return-Path: <Censored>your email address? Is your computer a zombie sending spam or has someone spoofed your email address? My wife's address has been spoofed for spam, she often gets email from herself that she didn't send.Actually, that was my mom's E-Mail address, and I figured that with the current situation, that exposing her E-Mail address would be the best idea... So I wrote Censored to cover it up... lol ANyway, I think this is that German spam, becuase the link at the bottom is a German website... [glb]Flame[/glb]I got something very similar to that but where it said " X-Rocket-Spam: 68.211.182.178 X-YahooFilteredBulk: 68.211.182.178 X-Rocket-Track: -70 ; IP=68.211.182.178 ; SFLAG=BADURLLIST=jn-bw.de ;" It said something different, cannot remeber because i delete anything remotely suspicious or that i don't recogniseI see... I do the same, but this was on my mom's computer, and she wasn't sure, becuase it looked like a failure delivery message, but yet, she had sent no E-Mails... [glb]Flame[/glb]Im getting loads of emails a bit like that for messages I didnt even send with attachments. I have good security software, Should I risk opening them It's just spam E-Mail from what I have read... Apparently, millions of people are getting nearly 150 messages like that per day... By the way... The link I explained earlier goes to a German website, mentioning something about Democracy... [glb]Flame[/glb]JUNGE NATIONALDEMOKRATEN Hmmm.. Like I said... A Democratic website... Strange why they would sent it all the way to other countries... [glb]Flame[/glb] |
