Answer» With a new Abit AW8-MAX board, 2x300gb Sata drive, after installing W2K adv server with the 2 drives in Raid 1 (MIRROR) using either the INTEL ICHR raid or the additional Silicon Image 3132 raid controller, performing new install, in newly formatted disks, after a few REBOOTS the C drive appears twice in Explorer , as C and E. In the Disk administrator it appears only once, randomly as C or E. Of course, then system has all kind of problems. Latest BIOS is installed on motherboard. |
