Answer» Hi, whenever I try to load a video on my computer, my screen turns BLACK and somtimes restarts my computer. I dont UNDERSTAND! Anyhelp out there?What KIND of video is it? .avi, DVD? Maybe you need a codec to view the video. More info please.And what OS are you using? XP has a big ISSUE with .avi files unless you fix via the registry.how do u fix avi in the regedit. i don't know this . and for the main question, does it have the same problem while loading other video types. If so check for heat issues. if not get back to us.
