Solve : Using QuickTime on Windows XP? |
|
Answer» I have never had a problem like this before. I have spent hours trying to fix myself. In the past, on my other PC's with Windows XP, I downloaded QuickTime and had no problems viewing videos. I am now using a re-built HP PC which seems good except after downloading QuickTime, all I get is a green screen when using Firefox and no VIDEO. The INDICATOR bar showing the film is PROCEEDING moves from left to right. I know that QT was loaded properly, as the "Q" icon now appears. I re-booted and tried using Internet Explorer, but all I get when I click on the videos is a blue "Q" with a question mark on the center of the icon. What's the problem. I checked and my PC has plenty of RAM to accomodate QT. THANKS. Quote re-built HP PCWhich version of Windows? It matters. And which HP PC? Bought from whom?
