Answer» When I try and download a PROGRAM there is a screen that comes User Account Control and you are SUPPOSE to answer yes or no, well when I use my mouse to click on yes it is like it doesn't even see the box. I have an Acer with touch screen thank god, but I have to use the touch and click on yes. Why is this and how do I fix this problem. Using Win 8.1. x64. If you need any other info PLEASE ask. Have you tried a different mouse yet to VERIFY that its not the mouse that is acting up? |
