1. I have DISABLED the USB utility from the BIOS, but when I reboot again I found there is no other slot except USB to give basic input through keyboard and mouse.
2. I am using hcl ec2 technology desktop pc ...which was initially comes with window vista which was not supporting my some device such as printer, scanners etc.
3. Now how to enter in the BIOS to enable USB again if there is no slot available except USB....PLZZZZZZZ helpRight.. So there is no PS2 ports?
If not, you could always try RESETTING the CMOS battery.
I was trying to solve this problem for the LAST 14 hours but FINALLY I got a clue
Just change the jumper to its pin nereby and then restart........again change the jumper to its normal position ... and enjoy the facilities of usb again
