Answer» HI, I have this Toshiba laptop that was running awfully on Windows 10 so I DECIDED to downgrade it back to Windows 8 with the built in hard drive recovery. How do I UPGRADE to Windows 8.1 without losing drivers and Toshiba SOFTWARE? I tried the steps on Microsoft’s Website but they didn’t work. It’s a TOSHIBA Satellite C850-1GL. Thanks, LEWIS |
