Hi all this is my last hope before i destroy my PC

I have AMD duel proc etc 4.2 EP corp edition

On the weekend my PC hard froze kept doing this continually

So i went into Bios and changed the setting into defualts and rebotted

This worked however the pc has deleated all my FILES my documents with very important stuff while puting all the setting back a year including all files i had this time last year uninstalled all my drivers sound graphics etc etc

so atm i have no idea what to do i have tried system RESTORE however this is also back to 2007 and no current IM not sure if i have RESET bios or what the *censored* has happened

A change of settings in the BIOS will NOT do this...
