How to uninstall some program if it has no option of uninstall or it is not present in the list of Add/Remove list in Windows XP?dratul....Just want to clarify something ......is the program your TRYING to remove PART of the Win Xp system ? If its not and it doesnt show up in the list of installed programs in Control Panel ...ADD/REMOVE programs....I would do this....SHUT down and reboot in "Safe Mode" ......then GO into "my computer " C drive /programs folder ......it should be there ......assuming it is ...high-light the folder and select delete ......if it wont let you do that...open the folder and delete the items one at a time until they are all gone . Then reboot back into normal mode . Then I would go to the registry and do a search for that program name and remove it .
If you have a good registry cleaner use it instead of manually removing .
Be sure to make a backup of your registry just in case .

Best to use a program such as Advanced Uninstaller Pro 2004 and drag the shortcut of the game (or .exe) onto the shortcut of Advanced Uninstaller Pro 2004.Often you can find a file called "UNWISE.EXE" in the directory you installed the game/application. This is just the uninstaller - it doesn't suck you into a black hole or anything!:)thanks all of you for your expert suggestion. It really solved my most of the problem.
