Answer» hello there...
just wanna ask how to uninstall windows movie maker?
[windows XP]You can't, it is an integrated part of Windows. Only way to remove it would be a messy manual remove. Not something I would recommend unless you know what you're doing. But why do you NEED to uninstall it? hmmm.....i need to uninstall it because it KEEPS on shutting down or closing everytime i place more than 6 to 8 pics on the storyboard....in short, it's no use for me now. i DONT know actually why it suddenly malfunctioned.
if i can't uninstall it, how can i fix it?
Try this: http://www.tweakxp.com/article37267.aspx
It will reinstall WMM. That may fix your problem. You will probably need a Windows XP install disc to complete the re-install oh...unfortunately i dont have my XP cd anymore....
I suggest you BORROW one then. Just make sure it is the same version and language as the XP you have installed.okay....or maybe i should just leave it there and not do anything about it.......just for now......only.....i'll try the suggestions some time
thanks for the help. You're welcome and that's entirely up to you. try updating your movie maker in microsoft's website
