Answer» Uninstalling my flatbed HP SCANNER 1.0 Scan Jet has caused me problems. I go to Control Panel, to uninstall the scanner, and I cannot uninstall: dialouge INDICATES "Internal error 2343." and "Fatal error during installation." How do I uninstall this Scanner?Are referring to uninstalling your scanner software via Add or Remove PROGRAMS, in Control Panel?
