I suddenly am unable to receive email sent by a friend from her primary email address and when I try to send email to that address it is returned to me. Yet when we both use her alternate email address we can receive messages. This trouble only started recently. Up until a few weeks ago we were both emailing BACK and forth using that primary email address with no problems at all. We then took time off for vacations and came back to this! It's as if something is blocking access to the primary address. We both have the same ISP and I thought perhaps there was something going on there. But we are able to send and receive emails from others who also have that same ISP. So I doubt that the problem is with the ISP. But one never knows. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. :-?

Who is your ISP ?
Has this HAPPENED with any other e-mail recipients ?
Installed any new programs lately ?

Someone will be along shortly to assist...What type of error do you receive?Thanks to patio and Raptor for taking the time to offer help. But I have managed to solve the problem myself. Since I felt as if my email messages were suddenly being blocked, I decided to CHECK it out. I went to Tools, Message Rules, and Blocked Senders list. Here I discovered that there were several email addresses listed. I have no idea how this occurred but I now have fixed the problem. Sorry I didn't think of doing a little experimenting first and I APOLOGIZE for not being more specific. By the way, my email program is Outlook EXPRESS. Thank you for helping me, friends!
