Solve : unable to get email from one person? |

Answer» Until about 2 weeks ago I had no problems receiving email from one friend. Now I do not receive them. He is not on a blocked senders list. I use OUTLOOK for my email program. Although my ISP is through a company called Spectrum, my emails are still with Earthlink because I had service with them for years and it's too big a pain to change it. I have him added as a CONTACT in both Earthlink and Outlook. He is getting no bounce back messages. I can't see his messages iin Earthlink's web mail either. They also don't SHOW up on my phone. I have checked junk mail, suspect spam and KNOWN spam folders. Any ideas what may be going on and how to fix it? |
