Answer» i have an asus Extreme AX 600xt video card one of the options of the card is that it has the ability to record with that programs will detect it as an "ati rage theeater video capture" WHELL i have a fue programs that detect that as a WEBCAM and all of the sudden thay all give me errors most say that it is in use by a differnet program iv tryed closing every THING (EVERYTHING not just windows) but it will still say it is in use
