Answer» I have tried to send 5 short VIDEOS by yahoo email and they will not go.
They range from 357MB up to 2.61 GB.
Is there another method of sending these please.Harry,, just post them on some place like photo-bucket or any of the other free video sharing sites. Give you friends a link to the share. Otherwise, the mail system rejects huge files. Example: http://s1276.photobucket.com/user/staffpicks/media/Animated_GIFs/anigif_enhanced-buzz-27933-1354297494-1.gif.html?sort=6&o=4 That way the file is downloaded to the browser as a stream, not a huge file.Photobucket won't do for that...there is a file size LIMIT there as well. He needs a file sharing site such as MEGAUPLOAD or some other. Thanks Geek and Patio, I will try Megaupload , I don't know any others.
I was given mailVU.com and YouSendIt.com but they don't work. Patio as far as I can see its been closed down.

Harry, have you thought about renting web space? You may have friends or relatives with extra web space they would let you use for FTP file sharing.
I think the best thing to do is burn them to DVD and give them out Adrive.com might be an option for you, at least for some of your files. They do have a 2GB limitation on file size. You could use Dropbox as well.Quote from: soybean on April 12, 2013, 10:34:54 AM Adrive.com might be an option for you, at least for some of your files. They do have a 2GB limitation on file size.
