Answer» I am gong to run the cleaner.....when I am done can you list the steps to be sure they are gone??Just check in the same location you found them before and see if they're still there.Ok I tried these SETS and when It went into SYSTEM tools it came up with another windon saying interent exploer and had (noaddons) beside this?? Assuming you're running IE, run the Disk Cleanup utility from Start - Programs - Accessories - System Tools, and have it clean your temp files.Did you click Disk Cleanup?It did not list anything LIKE that....are you sure they are the correct steps?? What's listed under System Tools? If it's not there, go to start - run - type CLEANMGR and hit enter to bring it up.now it asks to select drive??Select the C: drive and follow the prompts.it then has about 6 boxes I can check off do I check them allCheck the one that says temporary internet files.there is not one that says that only web client/publisher temp filesLooks like it's been disabled . . . try this instead.
