Now, { - 30}^{ - 1} should be divided by x to get {6}^{ - 1}

We know that :-

{ - 30}^{ - 1}  =   \frac{ - 1}{30}

{6}^{ - 1}  =  \frac{1}{6}

\frac{ (\frac{ - 1}{30} )}{x}  =  \frac{1}{6}

\frac{( -  \frac {  1}{30} )}{ \frac{1}{6} } = x

x =   - \frac{1}{30}  \times  \frac{6}{1}  \:  \: ( \because \frac{a}{b} \div  \frac{c}{d}   =  \frac{a}{b}  \times  \frac{d}{c} )
