 \(\frac{7x-2y}{xy}\) = 5

⇒ 7/y – 2/x = 5 ---- (1)

 \(\frac{8x+7y}{xy}\) = 15

⇒ 8/y + 7/x = 15 ---- (2)

Multiplying eq1 by 7 and eq2 by 2 and adding

⇒ 65/y = 65

⇒ y = 1

Thus,

7 – 2/x = 5

⇒ x = 1
