I know what error codes sound like, my old computer crashed with the blue screen of death several times, with the help of a friend whose MICROSOFT certified I brought it back several times but he has since moved away--friends for 30 yrs. to sad to talk about lol. anyway its not error code beeps. its more like a short attacking buzz, I'll get back with you on the motherboard manufac later today after work, its 3:37 am,rest of the family still ASLEEP, gotta be quiet. this buzz seems to have no affect on the computer preformance but it does irritate the wife though, its still a swing rhythum -- - -- - -- - -- - aprox 8 SETS of 3, this happens not on startup, it just randomly happens, she doesn't have to be doing anything on the system for this to happen.
