I ran the test too and I got "Stealth" for all ports. The comments were: "There is NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER that a port (or even any computer) exists at this IP address!"
So I GUESS you are perfectly safe. From hackers using port scanners, that is.Stealth means the firewall has adapted and is not responding on the ports you tested. Thanks for your reply!!!!
I'm using the firewall that is Windows 7 to get the stealth readings.
I thought the Windows firewalls weren't good.
It's greatly appreciated!!!!I think it's most likely your router's firewall that's giving the "stealth" result. I disconnected the router and the firewall is still there.
Router=hardware firewall.
There's also a software firewall...if you have one installed and enabled.
