Solve : Telnet help.?

Okay, so I enabled "telnet client" on my control panel.
Now, on every "telnet tutorial" that I've read it says to type

telnet 345.345.345.345
(random ip address)

WHENEVER I do, i get

busybox on LOCALHOST login:
PASSWORD:

I've searched for answers, but can't FIND any.
Which brings me here.

Help?What's the PROBLEM?
You have to have the password.
