Solve : taskbar disappearing? |

Answer» Please help! When I open a folder and right click on a file, taskbar disappears for 4 to 10 seconds (only wallpaper STAYS on), then it reappears again, but with the closed folder. If any of the programs were running at the time, they shut down. For EXAMPLE, I can't rename a file or similar. I tried to google it, but all I found was similar problems, including windows explorer - with instructions to rename it. I gave it a try, it resolved nothing. I also tried system restore, but no matter which date I set, there would be a MESSAGE - no CHANGES on your computer, try another restore point.
