Solve : Startup stops for random time then finishes? |

Answer» I am working on a friends computer(WINDOWSXP) and when I reboot it starts to boot and then sits at a black screen for 10 to 15 minutes not doing anything. I can tell that the HARD DRIVE or floppy are doing NOTHING and after a random time, it starts to boot again just fine. This does not happen everytime, very random. Is this a hardware ISSUE?I think so, probably the power source... |
