Answer» hello everyone I am Gary Carmer Hold it with the left mouse button ...then drag it to where you want it... You may have to FIRST RIGHT click on it to unlock it. Anyway, I think he means that autohide is on. To disable autohide: Right click taskbar -> properties -> UNCHECK autohide taskbar -> Press OKNope,,,thats not what he means...
