Answer» Saw an e-mail that I thought was a tech e-mail and when i opened it this is what I saw. The e-mail address and subject line "Nvidia CUDA : practical uses" looked to be a real e-mail with technical content in regards to nvidia, but it was this spam instead... I removed the e-mail address and URL info etc so that no one accidentally follows the path to the unknown. It seems as one of many tech sites that I participate/comment on, someone may have gotten my e-mail address from. Only problem is not knowing which one since I never share my e-mail address openly. The good thing is that its only a single e-mail and not a flooded mailbox with them ... ( yet ) at least.
