Quote from: paulsarris on March 04, 2012, 03:53:36 PM NOOO!!! I can't understand why....may computer things that headphones are still in?? Your computer thinks the headphones are still connected? Is the audio jack obstructed? I guess you could get a USB soundcard if it's truly broken. I'd go for an Express or PCMCIA card soundcard, though. the audio jack is not obstructed.....i will go to a computer TECHNICIAN mate...is strange situation tnx for the help and for your time Are you sure it's not a software issue? Did you check to see if your speakers are MUTED? Soundcard drivers still installed?speakers is not mute....and the time that sound ' fell' music was playing...by overnight and for no reason sound card can make problems??? i did nothing except the thing with the audio jack..so i thing is not a software problem. how can i check my sound card? Right click my computer -> properties -> device manager -> check for question and exclamanation marks. Can you post the model or specs. of your laptop? Do you have audio or sounds when using just the laptop's built-in speakers? |
