Answer» I have burned a SERIES of video clips, which I downloaded from my camcorder, to a DVD (in a USB format) and, although I sort the clips in date order, they are replayed in alphabetical order (of the title of each clip). I would like them to be played in date order. Can anyone help please? This happens whether I play them in Windows Media player or in VLC. Since DVD-R or DVD+R disks cost around US $0.35 at Wal-Mart if you buy a 100-pack, I imagine that making the compilation again by burning another disk HOLDING a set of renamed files will not exactly break the OP's bank. * In Britain, we use a DIFFERENT, slightly shorter word in this expression, but I don't think I could use that here.
