Solve : some of my program apps won't load?

i'm having a PROBLEM loading up some of my program apps. i'll click on it to open it up and it shows the hour glass for like a second then it'll disappear and the program won't even load up and i don't have any viruses on my laptop anymore.

i'm also trying to remove a program from my computer but it won't let me. i'll click the remove button and it just doesn't do anything. also my MOUSE turns into a black square box when i'm in this program. why?

i'm also trying to install my norton anti-virus but i keep getting an error saying that i can't install it. so i used the troubleshooting guide to INSTALLING it and i followed each STEP but it still won't allow me.

These problems and your Recycle Bin problems point to EITHER wrongly removed malware or, more likely, malware that's still present.
