Solve : SKYPE - computer shut down? |

Also, try reinstalling Skype.What are computer specs?Hi I just uninstall Skype and reinstall Skype and I tried to phone a couple of contact....the first one was fine and then the second one....the whole screen turned blue...computer shut down again....a friend of mine says the problem lies with Skype not my computer...my computer is Toshiba and it is new..a friend suggested that it was due to high traffic .... had put up a note on Skype forum but I have not received any response what do you mean computer specs...where do i find these? My computer blue screened while using Skype with the message: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL with a error ISDN_U.sys It has taken me 8 months to SOLVE the problem, neither Dell (my computer manufacturer), Hayes (The manufacturer of my ISDN terminal Adaptor) or Microsoft seemed able to help despite numerous conversations. Finally I did a search of my HARD disk and found three different versions of ISDN_u.sys. I replaced the version on my windows\systen32\drivers (dated 3.7.2002 size 577Kb) with the one supplied with my Hayes Accura ISDN TA (Dated 5.2.2002 size 596Kb) I have not had a BSOD since!! As for me..i got the same blue screen and the only way is to turn the computer off computer completely and reboot it...As for me when the blue screen appeared there was no message at all....just a blank blue screen... I am not a computer geek so i do not quite understand how he replaced the file....
