I keep all my shortcuts in the quicklaunch. I have 30 of the most used apps down there for easy access and that's easier than a shortcut on the desktop since it's only one click to open.What is that smegging commercialistic media minded consumeristic frog doing on your background?How dare you .......thats my mother-in-laws photo ....and she is good to me.........she never comes round Captured on the move......slippery job.
Where did you get the strange icons for Network Connections, My Computer and Bin?Themeworld.com.......those icons are vaio.....ones.....you could use icon packager.......or go to stardock....window blinds .object desktop.....>>>>.http://www.stardock.com/

You have the strangest taskbar colour as well..Altered to my desired colour.......not using the laptop..at the moment winxp pro nt installed on it i am using a ..pc tower/desktop with a 19 inch montior........coppermine mobo.....intel p3....

I almost feel ashamed , I think I could have the most cluttered desktop, AMAZINGLY most of the icons are being used or have been recently put there. Wow. I am certain you never cleaned your room when you were young either.

You know, there's an auto arrange button. Actually I'm happy to admit that my room and office is almost always pretty clean. Also I have heard of auto arrange but the icons are arranged in projects. For example the group of icons in the bottom right are page modifications currently being done, center grouped icons are weekly projects (ie mail scripts and programs), left grouped icons are testing programs or recently ran programs.I'm more concerned with how many files you actually have open! Even when I'm really trying to look productive I have maybe .25 that amount open. Kudos to you.Quote
