Solve : Should I add a new motherboard??

This is what I currently have and what I am adding to it just need to know if I need to upgrade motherboard and if so any suggestions?

CURRENT Build:
Case: Rosewill CHALLENGER-U3(2 fans are not working)
CPU: AMD FX-8120   Zambezi 32nm Technology
MotherBoard: MSI 970A-G46
Graphics Card: 1024MB ATI AMD RADEON HD 6800 Series

To this build:
Case:
Thermaltake Chaser MK-1 VN300M1W2N
CPU: Same as old build
Graphics card: EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB FTW GAMING
