Me neither.

Squall, do you mean you want to search your computer for specific filetypes?Don't you just type *.jpg ETC.?

I'm not sure, but I think that's it.Quote from: kpac on October 02, 2008, 01:18:32 PM

Nope, don't think so. It worked me with Vista, so I'd SAY it's the same. It came up with about 5,000 results! xp professional start - shearch then you can say what your looking for an when you click advandce features or what ever it comes up with the file TYPES if your looking for a certain one.For certain file types the wildcard is star__dot...
In other words if i want to search ALL jpegs in the search bar iwould type *.jpg and hit Enter.
The results will be all jpg's on the machine.

Same for any extension...*.TXT would bring up ALL text files on the machine etc. etc.thats true but when shearching say a youtube file you'll probably get a whole bunch of other stuff. If you wanted to get a youtube video, just ask.Is that a yes?

If so, I got quite a few solutions.such as???Heh, say 'Yes'.

In the mean time, let me find that link again....yes ??
