Answer» Some how...My shaw secure isn't working...FIRST when I first used it, I tried using the password to undo a parental block that I did not set and it did not work! And then after that..I couldn't use my subscription code... then the message "Virus FOUND!" pops up almost every minute! and it pops up about the same virus...I need help..;-;Izuma......Well ..it seems to me that you should be contacting Shaw.......You should be able to go to shaw on line ..log into your account and revise your settings given you are allowed to do so .......as far as the viruses ...maybe your infected and the virus has disabled your ability to get to shaw on line .........Are you using Shaw antivirus PROTECTION as well ......... Go to another pc and D/l and save to either a floppy or a CD STINGER then run it on your pc .........when its clean ...try going back on line and try resetting your Shaw settings Perhaps next TIME post in the appropriate place ...... dl65
