Answer» Hi, http://www.oscommerce.com/ You would really need an SSL cert for that though, and they are quite expensive. That error message doesnt cause me to run away... But, for some it does. I think Internet EXPLORER does the same thing... I'm sure theres a way around it. There must be an open source digital security certificate system somewhere... Actually, I think there is a company that gives them away for free for email addresses... I used to use it... started with Dragon... Ah! got it! It wasnt Dragon, it was Comodo. http://www.comodo.com/products/certificate_services/email_certificate.html Thanks! Here's another source of free security certificates for personal email: http://www.thawte.com/secure-email/personal-email-certificates/index.html?click=DoYouNeedTo-SecureMail Keep in mind that, with both Comodo and Thawte, these free certificates are for personal use, not business use. Jordans' website is clearly a business; commercial certificates are available for a price. Quote Jordans' website is clearly a business; commercial certificates are available for a price. Actually I think it's simply a bit of spammer trickery as I moved the last reply to the spam forum. An innocent question (first and last post by OP) followed a few days later by a link to a commercial site (also by a first and last time POSTER). the old ask a question, wait a few days, and then post the solution they "stumbled upon" that just so happens to be a commercial venture. |
