Solve : SCSI/RAID Host Controller won't start?

This is the STATUS when I CHECK it in Device Manager. How do I fix it? I have tried to UNINSTALL and reinstall the device and drivers.

7200 RPM HD
did you load the raid drivers on installed winxp??f6 i think?For some reason it now WORKS.
