Solve : Scanner Problem !? |

Answer» Hello: Not sure if this is the correct forum, But. all of a sudden, My scanner will not respond to the "acquire" command. I have two programs that I like to use and neither one of them will cause the scanner to START scan. My scanner has a button on it called "scan" and when I press it, I will let me scan to some other programs, But not either of the programs I like to use "Photostudio" and "Picture Perfect". These have worked just fine before and with this same scanner "Cannon N676U. Can someone offer some HELP please. F. BackReinstalling the scanner software as well as the editing software would be a good PLACE to start, assuming it worked perfectly before and not now. I can't imagine what could have happened, if absolutely nothing else changed with the system. Hi: Thank you for your quick REPLY. The disc that came with my Scaner was damaged so I couldn't re-install. However I was able to download the latest DRIVERS on line from Canon, and now all is well Thank you very much. F.
