Solve : Saving Outlook Files as .TXT?

Our OFFICE likes to keep a record of emails as text in our job folders on the server for future reference.  However when I select save as and save it as text, any reference to any attachment is gone.  I don't want to keep the attachment, but just some sort of line that says that there was one, and what it was.  Any help is MUCH appreciated.

ThanksI tried saving one of my e-mails. I couldn't save it as a txt FILE but I could save it ANYWHERE on my computer I wanted to. It re-opened exactly LIKE an e-mail. It shouldn't be much of problem to save them in your job folders on your server. I don't know if this helps.Check your last line.
