Answer» When I click Save in a program such as Notepad, how to get the folder view options settings to save in 'Details' so that each time I save a document I see the Name, Size,TYPE, and Date in the SaveAs DIALOG box? Name and Date is all I really care about. I have many SIMILARLY named files and want to LOOK at just the most recent ones.Windows Explorer>View tab>DetailsI have Details selected, and the details do SHOW when I open windows explorer. The problem is details do not show when I go to save a file. You know when you hit Save the dialog box pops up? Details are not present there.They should. Can you post a screenshot?
