I have a PROGRAM "Greenstone Digital Library 2.60" that will only allow Administrator to create a databases and standrad user can open the program but can not create a new DATABASE... I have that I can WIRTE a "RUN AS" patch so that anytime a standard user START the program its think it as Administrator and allow them access to create databese.. How do U write a "RUN AS" Patch and where do U put it. Thank You All..
