Solve : right click on programs in start button?

1.	Solve : right click on programs in start button?
Answer» I am running windows NT ver. 4.0. I cannot right click on the programs WITHIN the start\programs. If I click on the start button, then go to programs, and then pick a program, I cannot right click on it to get the menu. does anyone know how to get that part working? I am working on a FRIENDS computer. As far as I know, nothing was added recently.I don't think WinNT4.0 has that capability.
